Order Information

When will I receive my order?

 

The Sachii team aims to ensure you receive your new timepiece as soon as possible.

Once your order is complete, it will then be processed that day. Your order is then packed and dispatched the same day, or the next business day. Once your order is sent you will receive an email with tracking information along with an estimated time of delivery.


Kindly note packages are not dispatched/ transported on weekends and public holidays and estimated delivery may vary due to customs delays, extreme weather conditions etc.

 
How do I cancel my order?

 

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the package has already been shipped we will be unable to process the cancelation immediately, we will then have the courier company return the package and can process your cancelation then.

Please note if the order has already been shipped the total courier cost will be deducted from your refund.

 
Returns/Exchange

 

Can I return my order?

 
In the event you want to return your order please follow the steps below:


1. Check the date your package arrived. Sachii will not accept returns after 10 days of you receiving the order.

2. Check the watch and packaging is in the same condition as when you received it.

3. Go to the contact us tab, or email support@sachiiwatches.com with your return request, please provide a reason for your return.

4. We will send you instructions for return

5. Return your order.

Please note you will need to return your order within 10 days of receiving it and it will need to be in the same condition as when you received it.

 

If you’re wanting to exchange your items, please return your order within ten days and we will issue you with a store credit to be used at your convenience. If your order was purchased during a sale or campaign the original purchase price will be honored when you place a new order. Please go to the contact us tab for more information on returns.

Your order will be processed within a few days of it arriving in our warehouse, if your return is approved a full refund will then be issued, it will then be visible in your account within 5-9 business days depending on your Country and/or card provider.

 

Please note, your order must be unused and still in its original packaging with labels and stickers intact. It must still be in the same condition as when you received it.

Have you received my return? 

 

Please send your return via tracked shipping to minimize the risk of losing your item, you can also track the package to see when it arrives in our warehouse.

What is your exchange/refund policy?

 

In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your Sachii products and would like to receive a different product, you are welcome to send back your order for a full refund or store credit. We will refund your products for its full value to the card originally used when ordering. You can then make a new purchase at your own convenience. Please note we do not offer any direct exchange if the purchased was made during a sale and is returned after the campaign is ended. You will be issued with a store credit of the value of your original purchase.

What payment options do you accept?

 
Sachii Watches accepts PayPal, stripe, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as a number of other debit and credit cards.

 

All available payment options for your country will be displayed at the time of checkout.

 

 

Did my payment go through?

 

The Sachii team incorporates different verification stages in the payment process to ensure maximum order security.

 

The total order amount will be taken from your account when the payment and order have been both processed and approved.

 

In the event that no payment has been received after order submission, Sachii will automatically cancel your order. A notification of this will be sent to your email.

 

Which currency is displayed on the website?

 

The prices visible on our website are stated in the currency from the country you are currently located in. These prices exclude possible customs and duty taxes, and potential extra shipping costs. These will be shown at the time of checkout.

 

Please note Sachii watches is not responsible for any conversion or currency discrepancies that your credit card/debit card provider or bank may use when purchasing from our site.

Is my credit card information safe?

 

Your transaction and payment details are handled by our payment service provider with secure encryption and are of course under strict banking standards.

 

Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank, including Sachii watches.

 

 

Do you store my payment information?

 

No, Sachii does not receive or store any payment information you enter. All transactions are handled directly by our payment service provider. Your credit/debit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank.

 

Product Information

 

Watch


The water resistance of a Sachii watch is 3ATM.

 

We recommend that you avoid contact with water. Avoid wearing the watch when showering, swimming, diving, or any activity where it is exposed directly to water. The watch is resistant to everyday use and rain.

 

Please note that water damage is not covered under the 24 month warranty.

 

What are the watches made of?

 

Our watches are made of stainless steel, our gold watches are a stainless steel core and plated in yellow or rose gold.

 

Our Silver watches are made of stainless steel (316L).

 

The case glass is made of hardened scratch-proof sapphire glass. It is resistant to normal wear and tear/scratches, however, should still be used with care.

 

Please note broken/damaged sapphire glass is not covered under the 24 month warranty.

 

Our straps are made of genuine leather. Please note general wear and tear to the leather straps, including around the interchangeable pin is not covered under the 24 month warranty.

 

 

What type of movement are they?

 

All Sachii watches use a Japanese Quartz Movement.

How do I change my strap?

What are the straps made of?


All leather wristbands are made of genuine leather.

Please note leather is an organic material, therefore all leather straps will slightly vary in texture as well as grain. Changes in colour come naturally with regular use and is normal when it comes to a high-quality genuine leather.

 

 

What sizes do your watches come in?

 

Our classic collection is 42mm, we are currently in the process of designing and manufacturing a smaller diameter, and will also have a larger diameter size for men in the near future.

 

 

How do I adjust the size of my mesh strap?

The tool which is used to adjust the strap is included in your order and can be found at the bottom of your watch box. You can also use a similar, small item to adjust the size.

 

Please note, due to the coating on the mesh strap, the clasp may be a little stiff initially and may be somewhat hard to open and close, this is temporary and will become easier to move and adjust.

 

Warranty

 

What is not covered under the warranty?

 

Esthetic changes or defects due to normal wear and tear. Such as minor scratches on the case or buckles, watchband discoloration, plating peeling etc.

 

Damage caused by unwarrantable repair or modification of any type.

 

Battery, strap, crown or broken/damaged sapphire glass.

 

Sachii does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation. To obtain a repair or replacement under 24-month warranty, you must ensure you have original proof of purchase.

 

What does the warranty cover and how long is the warranty for?

 

Our collection is made of high-quality materials and maintains a high standard. In the unlikely event that there is a defect during the manufacturing process, your watch is covered by our 24-month warranty.

This warranty includes the Japan quartz movement, dial, hands, indexes and is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Any repairs after the expiration of the warranty will be subject to a service charge.

Other parts of your watch and/or strap are not covered by this warranty. If your item is returned during the warranty period we will repair or replace the defective watch and/or watch part at no additional expense to you. This will be completed as promptly as possible after the item is returned to our warehouse.
Please note, you may be subject to costs of shipping the product depending on your location.

If you have unfortunately experienced a default or damage to your watch that you think is covered by our warranty, please go to the contact us tab at your soonest convenience and let us know.

To make the process as smooth as possible, please include the following information when you contact us.
Order number (If you received your item as a gift, you’ll need to contact the person who purchased it.
Please also include a clear photo(s) of the damage.
Your full address including postcode, and telephone number.

How long is my watch battery going to last?
Our watches are fitted with batteries that are expected to last between 2 and 4 years. This is dependent on factors such as temperature, humidity, rain and air pressure.

My watch stopped, what should I do?


If your watch stops, please set the time to 12:00 and check the crown is pushed completely in. Please wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved.
If it is still not moving, please contact us through the “contact us” tab at your soonest convenience.

I have a promo code, how do I use it?

Once you’ve selected your items and finished adding them to the cart, please go to the checkout page. To apply your promo code, please enter it in the “discount code” field and press “apply” Please make sure you check spaces before or after the code and whether it is upper or lower case.

Please note that only one discount code can be used per order and your discount code cannot be added to another promotion or sale campaign. Your discount code cannot be stacked with an additional code and will have an expiry. Please check when your discount code expires prior to applying it.
